Next Generation Athletics Inc. is a Massachusetts nonprofit corporation founded in 2026 to give every child a place to develop as an athlete, a leader, and a neighbor.
Why we exist.
We believe every child deserves the chance to grow through sport — regardless of what their family can afford, what their skill level is, or what their circumstances look like at home. NGA is built on that belief.
Built on a program that works.
Next Generation Athletics Inc. is the nonprofit home of the Unrivaled Elite youth flag football program — a coaching philosophy and community that's been developing kids the right way for years. In 2026, we formalized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit to expand what we do: reach more kids, offer more programming, provide more support to families who need it.
The nonprofit structure lets us take sponsorships, accept tax-deductible donations, apply for grants, and put every dollar back into the mission — so that "youth flag football" doesn't have to be a luxury for families who can pay top-tier league fees. It becomes what it should be: a place any kid can show up and grow.
Supporting the vision.
Next Generation Athletics Inc. was initiated by Joao Depina to give young athletes a place to grow through flag football, mentorship, and community. Our board of directors supports that vision - providing governance, structure, and oversight so the program can grow responsibly and serve kids for years to come. Each of us serves without compensation.
